LED Bar Flood Light

A long-format bar flood light family in three lengths. Its title and technical table give different wattages; both are set out below, with a confirmation step before ordering.

Wattage: two values to settle

Value in the title80W
Values in the technical table36W / 72W / 144W

The family is titled as an 80W flood light, while its technical table gives maximum power as 36W, 72W and 144W across its variants. Both values stand; the table values are the ones tied to dimensions and weights below, so treat the title value as unverified until it is confirmed in writing which wattage applies to the length you are ordering. Confirm the wattage for your configuration before ordering.

Lengths, lenses and throw

The family scales by length: a 340mm bar at 5.4 kg, a 636mm bar at 7.2 kg and a 1260mm bar at 14.5 kg, all in the same 150 × 172mm cross-section. Four lens angles (15°, 25°, 45°, 60°) and projection distances from 10M to 40M let the same family cover a sign band at close range or a facade field from a setback. Control is DMX512 or on-off, so colour-capable configurations and simple switched installations both sit inside the family.

Confirm before ordering

Confirm the wattage for your configuration before ordering, together with the length and lens angle. Before you order, check the minimum order quantity and lead time for the configuration in your quotation. Certificates available upon request.

Reading the three lengths as one system

The family's logic is sectional. The short bar (L340) is a single-feature instrument: a sign, a doorway field, a small tree. The mid bar (L636) covers a shopfront or a bay of facade. The long bar (L1260) is a run instrument, washing a colonnade or a long sign band from a single mounting line. Weights climb with length (5.4 kg, 7.2 kg, 14.5 kg), so the mounting design climbs with them; a long bar on two brackets is a different structural conversation from a short bar on one. Because the cross-section is constant across the family, mixed lengths on one elevation still read as one design decision.

Lens and distance pairing

The lens angles (15°, 25°, 45°, 60°) and projection distances (10M to 40M) pair up in the usual way: narrow lenses hold the far distances, wide lenses serve the near field. The practical exercise is to fix the target and the mounting distance first, then choose the widest lens that still puts the light where it belongs — wider means more even and more forgiving of aiming error. Reserve the 15° lens for genuine distance work, where its tight field is the point. All four angles sit inside one family, so a scheme can standardise on the family and vary only the lens per position, which simplifies spares and replacements years later.

The OEM line, in proportion

OEM is accepted for this product. For a buyer with a house brand or a project-specific labelling requirement, that single line is the start of a conversation about labelling, packaging and documentation — conducted, like everything else on this family, against a confirmed configuration rather than a title.
