Certificates available upon request. Send the model and configuration from your quotation, and ask for the certificate documents that apply to that exact configuration.

How document requests work

Certificate coverage can differ between models and between configurations of one model, so request the documents against your quotation, not in the abstract. State the model name from the product page, the wattage and control variant in your quotation, and the market the goods are shipping to. The reply can then attach the documents that correspond to that configuration, and you can check the model names on the documents against the model names in your order before you confirm it.

What to check on the documents you receive

• The model name or family name on the document matches the model in your quotation.
• The document is legible in full, including any standard references and dates.
• The configuration covered by the document matches the wattage, input voltage and control variant you are ordering.
• Any difference between the document and the product page is raised and settled in writing before payment.
