Power and beam range
With up to 240W behind six beam angles from a tight 10° to a wide 60°, this is the throw instrument of the range: the narrow beams pick out a tree canopy, a column or a tower element at distance, while the wide beams wash a facade section or a landscape feature from closer in. The three LED-quantity variants (44, 72 and 96 pieces) scale output within one housing design, and the colour system matches the rest of the range — 2200K-6500K white plus RGBW — with ON OFF, DMX512, DALI or 0-10V control, so a facade programme can run underwater and above-water fittings on one control method.
Above the waterline — IP66, not submersible
The datasheet rates the model IP66 and states that it is not submersible. That boundary is absolute: rain, spray and wash-down are within the rating; sitting in a fountain basin or a pool is not. For in-water positions use the IP68 datasheet models; for the rim, the planting and the facade behind the water, this is the fitting. The housing is die-cast aluminum with 3mm tempered glass, and at 14.2 kg the mounting and bracket design need to be part of the installation plan.
Confirm before ordering
Confirm the LED-quantity variant, beam angle and control variant for your configuration, and confirm the mounting position is above the waterline. Before ordering, confirm minimum order quantity and lead time for your configuration. Certificates available upon request.
Reading the three LED-quantity variants
The variant ladder (44, 72 and 96 LED pieces) is an output ladder inside one housing and one optical system. Use it the way lighting designers use any family: keep the fitting identical across a site so the architecture reads as one gesture, and let the variant absorb the differences in throw distance and target size. A garden-scale tree and a civic tower should not be lit by visibly different instruments if they can be lit by two sizes of the same one. The beam ladder works the same way — the 10° and 15° angles for distance and emphasis, 20° and 30° for general feature work, 45° and 60° when the target is wide and the position is close.
Mounting a 14.2 kg fitting
Weight is an installation specification, not a footnote. A fitting of this mass on a bracket needs the bracket, its fixings and the structure behind them all rated for the load with the usual margins, and it needs an aiming method that survives being set once and locked — a heavy head on a weak knuckle creeps, and a crept beam quietly ruins a night scene over a season. Plan the access for aiming and cleaning at the same time: if reaching the fitting needs a lift, group its service with the other high-level work on the site rather than treating each visit as an emergency.
Pairing with the underwater range
A waterscape scheme usually reads as two layers: the water itself, lit from inside by the submersible datasheet models, and the architecture around it — the rim, the planting, the wall the water reflects. This spot light is the second layer's instrument. Because its colour span and its control options match the underwater range's, both layers can run one programme: the same warm white for a calm evening, the same colour scene for an event, from one controller logic. The boundary to respect is the waterline itself, and the datasheet states it without ambiguity.
